If this is your first tournament of 2026 with TTO, please check the New Member box for each angler, even if you’ve fished with us in years past. THIS MEMBERSHIP IS AN ANNUAL FEE.
Make sure all contact information is correct for each angler. We can only use the contact information as submitted on the registration forms. If it’s incorrect, you may miss important updates about the tournament.
USING A SUB
- If you are using a sub, complete the registration form below with THE NAMES OF YOUR REGULAR TEAM PARTNERS. You will need to email your sub’s information to Pamela Moore at pamela@tto-tx.com. Please include your sub’s name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. You may elect to pay their one-time membership fee of $40 by checking “New Member” by the team member they are replacing for this tournament or you can elect to pay cash at boat draw. Please be prepared to pay if you do not pay the fee now.
- Your team is allowed ONE substitution for the year. PLEASE READ THE RULES (CLICK HERE) regarding the use of substitutions in TTO. Information can be found under ‘TEAMS’ heading.
SIDE POT
- YOU MUST make your election for the side pot when you register. You cannot add the side pot after official practice begins.
ONLINE AND IN PERSON REGISTRATION
- ONLINE REGISTRATION is open through Friday, May 8th. You can register online using the form below through the end of Friday, May 8th. You MUST be paid BEFORE you can participate in Official Practice (see below). Online Registration Form is below. You can click on “Participants” below to make sure your name is listed once you’ve submitted your registration. If your team is not listed under “Participants,” then you are not registered.
- You will not be able to register online on tournament day. You must register in-person on tournament day.
- IN PERSON REGISTRATION is available onsite at LAKE TEXOMA STATE PARK (11500 Park Office Rd, Kingston, OK 73439) IN THE DAY USE AREA on Friday, MAY 8TH, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Saturday, MAY 9TH, from 4:30 am until the start of the tournament. If you come when take-off begins, you will need to wait until after take-off to register.

- If you chose to mail-in your registration, please make sure to allow time to receive the form before official practice. If you do not see your team’s name in the “Participants” list, we have not received your form.

CONTINGENCIES – Want to get paid more?
- Be sure you check out our contingencies page to get signed up for all the contingency money available this year. Click on “CONTINGENCIES” in the menu or click HERE to find all the money available and get signed up. If you are not signed up with us, we won’t know which contingencies you are qualified to get AND YOU COULD MISS AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET PAID ON A CONTINGENCY, so GET SIGNED UP TODAY if you haven’t already done it. You only need to complete it once for the season.
- YOU MUST SIGN UP each year to be qualified to receive contingencies.

FISHING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR LAKE TEXOMA
- Lake Texoma License (Type 208): Costs approximately $12 and allows fishing in both Texas and Oklahoma waters of the lake.
- Validity: The license is valid until December 31 following the date of issuance.
- State Licenses: A valid resident or non-resident fishing license from either state is valid only on that state’s side of the lake. If you have a valid fishing license from either state, you only need the specific $12 Lake Texoma tag to fish the entire lake.
OFF LIMITS AREAS ON THE LAKE
- You MUST abide by the laws and regulations governing the lake regarding off-limits and no-wake zones.
- You may not cast within 50 feet of any marina structure at Catfish Bay Marina.
- You may not cast within 100 feet of any boat ramp in the State Park.
OFF LIMITS
- Begins Sunday, MAY 3RD, at 11:59 pm and runs through the start of Official Practice. During the off limits period, anglers cannot be on the water for any reason.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE
- FRIDAY, MAY 8TH, from safelight (specific time will be updated so please check back and watch social media) until 5:00 pm. You MUST have a PAID online registration BEFORE you put your boat in the water. You MUST be OFF THE WATER by 5:00 pm. See “Rules” for specific information regarding official practice. You must abide by all practice rules.
UPDATE – YOU MAY LEAVE THE RAMP AREA AND BEGIN FISHING AT 6:15 AM
- YOU MAY CHECK THE “PARTICIPANTS” BELOW TO MAKE SURE YOUR NAME IS LISTED ONCE YOU’VE SUBMITTED YOUR REGISTRATION.

ONSITE REGISTRATION AND BOAT DRAW
- We will be set-up for onsite registration and boat number draw at LAKE TEXOMA STATE PARK (11500 Park Office Rd, Kingston, OK 73439) IN THE DAY USE AREA from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Friday, MAY 8TH, and beginning at 4:30 am on Saturday, MAY 9TH. You MUST come draw a boat number. Please keep your boat number card. It will contain your fishing times and you will need to check-in with your boat number for weigh-in.
- If you come when take-off begins on Saturday morning, you will need to wait until after take-off to draw a boat number.
FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY – FLIPPING CONTEST
- $10 per person – ONE ENTRY PER PERSON
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm will be qualifying time and 6:00 – 6:30 pm will be a “Flip-off” Money Round
- 1st – Winner takes all cash (100%)
- PLUS Fun N Sun $200 gift card BONUS opportunity!

CONTROLLED START
- Tournament will be a controlled start from CATFISH BAY MARINA INSIDE LAKE TEXOMA STATE PARK (11500 Park Office Rd, Kingston, OK 73439)
- You may put in at any public boat ramp. We will release boats in number order after prayer and National Anthem at safe light. BOAT NUMBER 1 WILL BE CALLED AT SAFELIGHT. PLEASE MAKE PLANS TO BE THERE AND READY TO GO PRIOR TO SAFELIGHT. PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER BOATERS ON THE WATER TO LINE UP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN GET EVERYONE OUT QUICKLY.
- WE WILL NOT WAIT TO START RELEASING BOATS IF THERE ARE BOATS STILL WAITING TO LAUNCH. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE READY TO TAKE OFF AT SAFELIGHT. IT IS UNFAIR TO THOSE WHO HAVE ARRANGED TO BE THERE AND ARE READY TO GO AT SAFELIGHT.
- Fishing times will be according to boat number and times will be listed on your boat card. You MUST be checked in by your flight time. ANY TEAM WHO FAILS TO BE CHECKED IN WITH THEIR CATCH BY THEIR FLIGHT DEADLINE WILL BE ASSESSED A 1-POUND PENALTY PER MINUTE UP TO 15 MINUTES. AFTER 15 MINUTES, THAT TEAM WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WEIGH THEIR CATCH.

POSSIBLE CHANGES TO TAKE-OFF
- We will watch weather and wind conditions leading up to the tournament start.
- If we must change to a trailering event, that election will not be made until Friday prior to onsite registration open, as weather conditions can change, and it will be at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director.
- Changes will be posted on our social media and we will notify everyone as they come to draw boat numbers on Friday and Saturday. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram – wherever you are connected. We will update social media outlets and this website page so you can watch here as well.
LAKE LENGTH REQUIREMENTS
- Large mouth, small mouth, and mean mouth bass is 14″ minimum.
- Kentucky spotted bass is any size.
WEIGH-IN
- Weigh-in times are according to flights and boat numbers. Specific information will be listed on your boat card.
- Weigh-in will be at LAKE TEXOMA STATE PARK (11500 Park Office Rd, Kingston, OK 73439) IN THE DAY USE AREA
- You WILL use your own weigh-in bags so please bring one with you.
